The ROCKET WING CROSSOVER is F-ONE's board for riders who want it all in one: glide, manoeuvrability, stability and versatility. Its slightly longer, narrower shape has enough volume to take off easily and stays lively and agile thanks to its moderate width and pulled-in nose and tail. It inherits the best of the Rocket Wing-S and places the foil slightly further forward than the rest of the range, which improves pumping and reactivity in turns.

*Board-only weight. Official F-ONE data (length x width). All sizes have handles and footstrap inserts. As it is narrower than a Rocket Wing, if you are between two sizes, the bigger one will give you more stability at first. Check the selector for sizes available in store.
Technology and construction
- Bamboo Construction: bamboo sheets between layers of fibreglass that form a strong, durable and light shell.
- Bamboo deck reinforcements: create a very strong, light shell across the whole board.
- Breathable Valve: a valve that automatically regulates the board's internal pressure with temperature changes, air travel, hours in the sun or altitude.
- Twin Tracks: double track with 90 mm spacing, one of the market standards: compatible with most foils.
Rocket Wing Crossover on the water
Which one to choose?
- Rocket Wing Crossover Carbon: same shape in carbon: lighter, stiffer and more reactive when pumping.
- Rocket Wing: shorter and wider, more stable for progressing.
- Rocket Wing Midlength: even longer and narrower, a light-wind specialist.
- Rocket Wing-S: more wave-focused, with a round tail.
Pair it with: a wing such as the Strike 6 or the Swing V5, a complete Plane Gravity or Plane Eagle X foil, the V-Straps Foilboard and the Wrist Leash.

Is it suitable for waves and downwind?+
Yes. F-ONE designs it as an all-terrain board: freeride, waves, flat water and downwind.
What does the forward foil position bring?+
Better pumping, more reactivity when turning and smoother manoeuvres, compared with the rest of the Rocket Wing boards.
Is it suitable for beginners?+
F-ONE recommends it for wing foil riders of all levels, as it keeps enough volume and width to be stable. If you are starting from scratch, choose a size with plenty of volume.
Crossover or Crossover Carbon?+
They have the same shape and the same programme. The carbon one is lighter, stiffer and more reactive when pumping; the bamboo one is more affordable and very tough.
