Description
The benchmark wing, even easier
The sixth generation of the STRIKE keeps everything that made it famous: a very balanced design and meticulous work on canopy tension so the profile stays stable even when you're overpowered. It's more stable, points upwind better, holds a constant speed and delivers even more forward pull and pumping efficiency, with a wider top-end range without losing comfort. Powerful in freeride, precise in freestyle and pleasant in freefly.
Sweep Control Panel · HITEX fabric · Interchangeable handles · 2 to 6 m² · Onyx/Mint and Onyx/Lilac colours
Who it's for
- Intermediate to expert riders looking for one wing for everything: freeride, jumps, freestyle and freefly.
- Anyone who wants to get up on the foil early, go upwind effortlessly and handle the gusts when the wind picks up.
- Riders who value comfort: every gust turns into forward drive with less load on your arms.
What makes it special
01 Stable across the whole range
Canopy tension has been optimised so the profile doesn't distort and the wing stays stable from marginal wind through to overpowered.
02 Sweep Control Panel
Regulates trailing-edge tension and reinforces the front of the leading edge, with just the right lateral flex for comfort and energy transfer when pumping.
03 More pull, quick take-offs
Better forward pull and excellent take-offs onto the foil: every gust turns into propulsion.
04 Efficient pumping and good upwind
Pumps with little effort and points upwind easily, so you gain ground to windward and make your sessions longer.
05 More top end, same comfort
Extends use in strong wind while keeping a soft, comfortable feel in your hands.
Where it shines: freeride, jumps and freestyle in any wind; also freefly and downwinders thanks to its stability.

Technology and construction
- Sail engineering: F-ONE has been designing kites since 1998 and wings since 2019; the layout of panels, seams and fabrics is designed so the profile doesn't distort under load.
- HITEX: high-tenacity polyester with a top-quality weave and coating; it resists stretching, provides structural stability and extends the life of the wing.
- Sweep Control Panel: leading-edge panel that dynamically and precisely controls the wing's sweep thanks to better tension control.
- Interchangeable handle system: all F-ONE wings accept different types of handles or a boom so you can adapt them to the way you ride.
- Load Diffuser: reinforcement located behind the centre strut that keeps the profile clean and efficient, minimises distortion and spreads the loads.
Strike 6 on the water
Which one to choose?
- Strike 6 QuadX: the same base with an inflatable structure in QuadX Composite: lighter, more reactive and more durable, with more constant pull when the wind picks up.
- Strike 6 CWC: the light-wind version, with three struts and very compact sizes from 6 to 9 m².
- Swing V5: lighter and with a shorter wingspan, designed for waves and freefly.
- Origin V2: the softest and most comfortable in the range, ideal for progressing and for light wind.
Pair it with: the Carbon Boom V2 boom or the Hard Wing Handle, Hybrid Wing Handle and Soft Wing Handle handles, the Wrist Leash With Swivel, a board such as the Rocket Wing and the Max Flow Pump.
Frequently asked questions
What's changed compared with the Strike V5?+
The sixth generation works canopy tension even further to keep the profile stable when you're overpowered, gains forward pull and pumping efficiency and extends the top-end range, while keeping the Sweep Control Panel on the leading edge.
Is it suitable for learning?+
F-ONE positions it for intermediate to expert riders. It's intuitive and comfortable, but if you're just starting out the Origin V2 is softer and more forgiving.
What size do I need?+
It depends on your weight, your usual wind and the size of your foil and board. The chart shows the official wind range for each size; if you're unsure between two, drop us a line and we'll help you choose.
Can I change the handles or fit a boom?+
Yes. All F-ONE wings have an interchangeable handle system, and F-ONE has optimised the position of the straps so that the same Carbon Boom works across several sizes and models.
