Time to fly far

The SEVEN SEAS is one of F-ONE's most popular foils: easy, efficient glide, forgiving behaviour and an extraordinary speed range. It makes foiling feel natural from the very first sessions and stays exciting as you progress, with a balance of accessibility and performance that is hard to match.

What's included: the SEVEN SEAS Monobloc front wing (wing and front fuselage in a single piece) and the Monobloc Tail Carving stabiliser listed for each size. The mast is sold separately.

SEVEN SEAS wing + Carving stabiliser · Aspect ratio 8.0 · 1100 to 1600 cm² · TITAN 2 connection

WHO IT'S FOR

Who it's for

  • Riders starting out in downwind with a wing, K-Wing, pocket wing or SUP.
  • Anyone stepping up from a compact freeride foil who wants more glide and easier tacks.
  • Advanced riders who want a light-wind foil with plenty of low end.
KEY FEATURES

What makes it special

01 A foil for everyone

Natural and rewarding from the first sessions, with enough performance to keep enjoying it as you progress.

02 Aspect ratio 8.0

Generous surface area with a high-performance profile: efficient glide without losing manoeuvrability.

03 Ease and performance

Progressive, effortless take-off and a comfortable flight both upwind and on the bumps.

04 Speed range and low end

A fantastic low end and a profile that lets you keep accelerating as you improve.

05 TITAN 2 connection

Greater structural efficiency at the mast joint: better glide and a more direct feel.

06 Dynamic Structural Design

Optimised carbon layup for more control and overall stability.

07 More sizes

The range expands to cover more disciplines and conditions, from 1100 to 1600 cm².

Where it shines: downwind with a wing, K-Wing, pocket wing or SUP, and freeride winging in light wind and small chop.

TECHNOLOGY

Technology and construction

  • Monobloc front wing: the wing and fuselage are moulded together in a single piece, with no joint between them. Removing that joint eliminates play and parasitic movement, and the feel on the water is more direct and reliable
  • Monobloc Tail Carving: HM carbon stabiliser moulded with the rear fuselage, with a balanced feel between front and back foot, quick pumping and lively turns
  • TITAN 2 connection: revised design of the joint between mast and foil, more efficient, stiffer and more reliable at the most stressed point of the setup
  • Toray T700 carbon fibre: high-performance carbon with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, for a light and durable foil
  • PrePreg carbon: carbon fibre pre-impregnated with epoxy resin by the manufacturer itself, for a more uniform, lighter and stronger layup

COMPARE

Which one to choose?

  • Plane Eagle: higher aspect ratio and more manoeuvrable on the bump; the next step in downwind.
  • Plane Jam: even more span and lift, specialised in pumping and dock starts.
  • Plane SK8: more compact and surfier for waves and freeride winging.

Pair it with: a mast with a TITAN 2 connection: HM Carbon Mast 14, UHM Carbon Mast 14, UHM Carbon Mast 12, Carbon Mast 16 or the Pack Alu Mast Titan 2 in aluminium, and a board such as the Rocket Wing, the Rocket Free Downwind or the Rocket Sup Dw.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does the Plane Seven Seas include?+

The SEVEN SEAS Monobloc front wing (with its integrated fuselage) and the Monobloc Tail Carving stabiliser: 178 XXS on the 1100, 1200 and 1300, and 198 XXS on the 1400, 1500 and 1600. Mast and board are not included.

Which mast do I need?+

Any F-ONE mast with a TITAN 2 connection. In carbon, the HM Carbon Mast 14 is the most versatile, the UHM Carbon Mast 14 adds more stiffness (ideal for heavier riders) and the UHM Carbon Mast 12 goes for maximum glide; in aluminium, the Pack Alu Mast Titan 2 is the most affordable and toughest option.

Is it a good foil for learning downwind?+

It is one of the best to start with: very easy to take off on and with surprising glide and average speed for how accessible it is.

Is it also good for freeride winging?+

Yes. Its glide and stability make gybes and tacks easier, and its natural rail-to-rail roll lets you surf small chop.
