Description
Pump and keep on flying
The JAM is designed for dock start and pump foil. With its large surface area and an aspect ratio of 10, it offers endless glide, plenty of lift, early and easy take-offs and amazing efficiency: a few pumps and you're out of the water, and even if you stop pumping for a few seconds, it keeps gliding. Its tips let you turn freely, so it's also fun to ride.
Aspect ratio 10 · 1400, 1600 and 1900 cm² · HM carbon · Monobloc · TITAN 2 connection
Who it's for
- Pump foil and dock start riders, from beginners to those who want endless pumping sessions.
- Wing foil, parawing and SUP foil in marginal conditions and light wind.
- Anyone who wants to learn SUP downwind with a wing that is very easy to take off.
What makes it special
01 Exceptional at dock start and pumping
Its reason for being: getting off the dock and linking pumps with minimal effort.
02 Aspect ratio 10
Plenty of span for a very long glide, with tips shaped so that turning stays fun.
03 Endless glide and efficiency
The design, angle of attack and profile reduce induced drag even further.
04 Easy, quick take-offs
A few pumps are enough to fly.
05 Efficient when slow, fast when you ask
Very efficient at low speed, and the small sizes accelerate when needed for winging in light wind or surfing small waves.
06 TITAN 2 connection
Greater structural efficiency at the mast joint: better glide and a more direct feel.
Where it shines: pump foil and dock start on flat water, wing and parawing in light wind, beginner SUP downwind and micro waves.

*Wing weight according to F-ONE. Official F-ONE data. Aspect ratio relates span to surface area: the higher it is, the more glide and speed; the lower, the more lift, stability and turning. According to F-ONE: the 1400 is for experienced dock starting, beginner SUP downwind, wing or parawing in light wind and micro waves; the 1600 for wing, parawing or SUP in marginal conditions and for learning SUP downwind; the 1900 for dock start, flat-water pumping and heavier riders. Technology and construction
- TITAN 2 connection: revised design of the joint between mast and wing, the most critical point of the foil: more structural efficiency, stiffness and reliability, with better glide and a more direct feel.
- HM carbon (High Modulus): Toray M40J high-modulus fibre, 1.5 times stiffer than the conventional carbon used in other constructions.
- PrePreg carbon: the manufacturer itself impregnates the carbon fibre with epoxy resin, for a more uniform, lighter and stronger laminate.
- DSD (Dynamic Structural Design): F-ONE adapts the carbon laminate to the programme and use of each foil, because construction matters as much as shape.
- Monobloc front wing: wing and front fuselage moulded in one go as a single piece, with no joint between them: parasitic movements disappear and the feel is more direct and reliable.
Jam on the water
Which one to choose?
- Seven Seas: aspect ratio 8.0: more versatile for wing and downwind, less specialised in pumping.
- Eagle: if what you're after is downwind carving the bumps rather than dock start.
- Jam HM Carbon: the previous generation of the Jam, in the same sizes.
Pair it with: the Tail Pumping 200 XXS stabiliser, made for dock start and pumping (it's the one fitted to the Plane Jam), and a mast with a TITAN 2 connection such as the UHM Carbon Mast 12, the HM Carbon Mast 14 or the Carbon Mast 16; if you prefer aluminium, the Pack Alu Mast Titan 2 already includes the TITAN 2 top plate and mast foot.
Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose?+
The 1600 is the most versatile for getting started in dock start or for use in light wind. The 1400 suits experienced or lighter riders, and the 1900 heavier riders or flat-water pumping.
Is it good for wing foiling?+
Yes, it's very efficient in light wind and marginal conditions; for sessions in normal wind, a Seven Seas or an SK8 will give you more speed and turning.
Which stabiliser should I use?+
The Tail Pumping 200 XXS: aspect ratio 7.6, Monobloc construction and designed for dock start and endless pumping.
What's included?+
The Monobloc front wing (wing and front fuselage in one piece). Stabiliser and mast are sold separately.
