What are the features of the Duotone Trust Bar?

The Trust Bar 2022 features the newest kite lines on the market. Lines offering top safety and durability, known as Flite99 lines by Robline.

When we trigger the quick release system, the bar's front line makes the kite expose less surface to the wind. This makes the pressure drop quickly.

thanks to the Iron Heart IV, the Suicide Ring III and the single front line safety system, any kitesurf enthusiast can use the Trust Bar Quad Control 2022.

The Suicide Ring III lets you set up the most radical riding configuration. The ring and leash sit upright without getting in the way of the chicken loop's travel. Experts only, and at your own risk!

Not only is it one of the best bars on the market, it's also compatible with any kite on the market. Now you really can rule out all your other options and go for the Duotone Trust Bar 2022.

The new 2022 version of Duotone's Trust bar has one thing in common with the 2021 version: the Duotone Trust Bar 2021 also featured the new Flite99 lines by Robline. Why is that? These lines have worked so well that it was decided to fit them to the new Trust Bar Quad Control 2022 as well.

This year the Duotone Trust Bar has better functionality, which once again makes it one of the safest 4-line kitesurf bars on the market. As mentioned earlier, it comes with Flite99 lines by Robline. This bar lets you fit different chicken loop options, so you can choose from the 4 chicken loop options the one that best suits your riding style. The Duotone Trust Bar 2022 is intuitive and easy to use.

On top of all the advantages of choosing this bar as part of your kite gear, it has a mode available to you called... "Suicide Mode". If you decide to try this mode (for more advanced levels only), you'll experience first-hand the wildest mode of the Duotone Trust Bar 2022.

Duotone Trust Bar description, part by part

Small plastic centre hole

The hole is made of plastic so it doesn't damage the lines as they pass through this area. A solution that considerably increases the lifespan of your lines. The material used is abrasion-resistant, which reduces damage from rubbing, even if there's a little sand in the area.

Vario Cleat and Sliding Stopper

What is it for? It makes it easy to adjust the depower throw, and quickly. It's most useful if the person using this bar is shorter and has trouble using or reaching the bar with the standard setup. As mentioned, the Vario Cleat and Sliding Stopper can be adjusted to your preferences. The channel for the fifth line reduces the risk of it tangling.

FLITE99 by ROBLINE

One of the safest and toughest lines on the market. This time the focus is much more on safety. They offer 12% higher breaking load and 15% less stretch than the versions of previous years.

And we're not done yet... the wind-exposed area of FLITE99 lines is 6.5% smaller thanks to their reduced diameter… that's why they're faster!

Iron Heart IV

Even more safety. It's an essential safety part that Duotone tries to improve every year. It adds even more safety, if that were possible, to the Duotone Trust Bar Quad Control 2022.

More ergonomic bar grip

It has a smaller diameter than many models, which allows a much firmer and more secure grip. The bar grip is EVA, allowing more control and precision.
