Features
Airush Lithium V14 kite
- Three-strut hybrid delta: plenty of power and a wide wind range, with very quick response in the window.
- Light and intuitive on the bar: predictable, stable flight, with a great ability to sit parked at the zenith.
- Instant relaunch: the shape of the tips and the strut layout get it flying again straight away after it drops in the water.
- Dacron-reinforced leading edge: with Gradient Load Technology at the bridle attachment points and the leading edge closure, plus double stitching, to handle more load.
- Technoforce D2 canopy: high-tenacity polyester with double coating and double ripstop, which protects against UV rays and abrasion and keeps the canopy taut for longer.
- SPS and FBI system: oversized one-pump valve and thicker, larger-diameter tubes that prevent kinking, for fast inflation and deflation.
Airush Ride Bar
- Cleat depower: a simple, reliable system, with a tool-free adjustable position for riders with a shorter arm reach.
- Injected EVA floats on the ends: flexible and with good buoyancy.
- Safety: 24 m lines, Airush IQR quick release aligned with ISO 21853, one-handed release and reassembly, and a low Y on the centre lines so the kite flags out on a single line, in line with IKO and BKSA teaching standards.
- Compatible with all Airush 4-line kites.
Airush Switch V11 board
- Comfortable, easy freeride: the Switch is the board model with the longest history in kitesurfing, designed for progressing riders and anyone looking for a smooth ride.
- Progressive single concave: adds comfort and a lively feel on the water.
- Thin, stepped rails: good release from the water, very little drag, maximum edge control and easy upwind riding.
- AR Glass construction: fibreglass laminate focused on durability and responsiveness, for a smooth, forgiving ride.
- Paulownia Multizone Biotech core: vertical paulownia wood core with uniform density, giving responsiveness, strength and smoothness.
- ABS-reinforced inserts and rails: stop the inserts from pulling out or breaking on hard landings, with both boots and bindings.
- AK Boost bindings: single Velcro closure that adjusts quickly with or without booties, dual-density footbed (a soft layer that moulds to the foot and a firm layer that absorbs impacts) and directional grooving for better support.

Airush doesn't publish rider weight per board size for the Switch: as a guide, the 144 gives more surface area and ease for heavier riders or light-wind spots, and the 141 is a little more manageable for lighter riders. If in doubt, ask us. To choose your kite size based on your weight and usual wind, see our guide to choosing your kite size. Check the selector for the combinations available in store.

Frequently asked questions
Which kite size suits me, 10 or 12 m?
For a rider of around 75 kg, the 10 m covers 14 to 30 knots and the 12 m 10 to 25 knots. If you ride in medium or light-wind spots, or you're a bit heavier, the 12 m is usually the most versatile choice; if your spot is windy or you're lighter, the 10 m will give you more control.
Is this setup suitable for someone who has just finished their course?
Yes. The Lithium is stable, light on the bar and relaunches straight away, and the Switch is a forgiving board that goes upwind easily. The Ride Bar meets IKO and BKSA teaching standards for safety.
Can I buy the pieces separately?
Yes, the Lithium V14 and the Switch V11 are also available individually, with more sizes and colours.
What else do I need besides the pack to ride?
A harness, a pump, a wetsuit suited to the water temperature and, highly recommended, a helmet and impact vest. If you're unsure what to choose, drop us a line and we'll help you complete your setup.
