Description
The Mystic Star Longarm Shorty 3/2mm Double Fzip is a men's 3/2 mm long-sleeve shorty with a double front zip. It has Fox lining on the chest and back to keep your torso warm and internal tape at the seam crossings. Ride in style at a very affordable price.
Who it's for
- Anyone looking for a simple, affordable wetsuit with good warmth on the torso.
- Summer sessions and mild or warm water.
Features
- 3/2 mm thickness: 3 mm on the torso and 2 mm on the arms and legs.
- Close fit.
- GBS seams (glued and blind-stitched): the needle doesn't go all the way through the neoprene, so the seam is watertight and warmer.
- Tape at the seam crossings: internal reinforcement at the points where seams cross, which is usually where water gets in first.
- Easy entry: opening designed so you can put the suit on and take it off without a struggle.
- Aquabarrier: internal barrier at the entry that stops water getting through.
- Non-slip cuffs: stay in place and limit water entry.
- Double front zip: chest entry, leaving the back free for more stretch and a better seal.
- M-Flex neoprene throughout 100% of the suit: very stretchy.
- Fox Fleece lining on the chest and back.

Frequently asked questions
What does 3/2 mm mean?
The first number is the neoprene thickness on the torso (3 mm) and the second on the arms and legs (2 mm): more thickness where you need warmth and less where you need to move.
What's the advantage of the double front zip?
The chest entry leaves the back free, so the suit stretches more across the shoulders and back and seals the neck better; the double zip makes it easier to put on and take off.
What water temperature is it for?
Mystic doesn't give a specific temperature. As a general guide, a 3/2 mm long-sleeve shorty works well in warm water, from around 20 °C, although it depends a lot on the wind and how much you feel the cold. Our guide to choosing a wetsuit has the full explanation.
