Frequently asked questions
What does 3/2 mm mean?
The first number is the neoprene thickness on the torso (3 mm) and the second on the arms and legs (2 mm): more thickness where you need warmth and less where you need to move.
Why a back zip?
It's the easiest, most convenient entry for putting the suit on and taking it off.
What water temperature is it for?
Mystic doesn't give a specific temperature. As a general guide, a 3/2 mm long-sleeve shorty works well in warm water, from around 20 °C, although it depends a lot on the wind and how much you feel the cold. Our wetsuit buying guide has the full explanation.
