Description
The Manera SEAFARER Women 4/3 mm back-zip is a reliable choice from mid-season to early winter, with a back closure that's easy to get on and off.
Who it's for
- Riders who prefer a back zip.
- Riding from mid-season to early winter.
- Anyone looking for quality at a good price.
Features
- Seafarer Jersey lining: the inner fabric, in contact with the skin, is very stretchy, light and soft.
- S-Foam: limestone-based neoprene, with a good balance of flexibility, warmth and durability.
- 100% taped seams: all the seams are sealed on the inside to keep water out and make the high-stress areas more durable.
- XTEND thermal lining: in the key areas it insulates well, weighs less than a classic lining and is one of the fastest-drying.
- 3D design: Manera models the suit in 3D and then converts it into flat patterns for the factory, the opposite of most brands. The result is a second-skin fit, with no air pockets or creases.
- 5 mm plastic back zip.
- 4/3 mm: 3 mm arms and shoulders for better stretch and a quick-dry lining on the back.
Composition: 90% neoprene and 10% nylon (approximate; varies by panel). Made by Sheico in Taiwan.

Official Manera chart for women's wetsuits (US equivalent size in brackets). Weight comes first: find your weight first and then check your height; it should feel very snug when you try it on, because neoprene gives a little with use. Frequently asked questions
Back zip or front zip?
The back zip is easier to get on and off; the front zip seals slightly better and leaves the back freer. Both versions use the same materials.
What sets the SEAFARER apart from the rest of Manera's wetsuits?
It's the all-round model in the range: reinforced where it matters and simplified where it doesn't. Above it sit the XTEND (stretchier) and the MAGMA (warmer); below it, the CLASSIC.
How should it fit when I try it on?
Very snug, like a second skin. Neoprene gives a little after a few hours in the water, so if it feels loose when you try it on, after a few sessions it will be too big.
