Frequently asked questions
What water temperature is it for?
As a general guide, it's for mild or warm water, from around 20 °C, or as a windproof layer with boardshorts. In winter it can also work as an extra layer under your suit if the size allows.
How do I get the size right?
Use the chart above with your height and weight. A wetsuit has to fit snugly, like a second skin, without cutting off your breathing or restricting your arms: if bags or wrinkles form at the back or armpits, it's too big and water will get in.
How do I look after it so it lasts longer?
Rinse it with fresh water after every session and dry it in the shade, inside out first, without hanging it on a thin hanger. Avoid prolonged direct sun and chlorinated water: Hurley's warranty doesn't cover damage caused by sun or chlorine.
