Description

CLOSED-CELL FOIL KITE · BIG AIR

More height, more hang time

The SONIC⁵ has established itself as the most popular Big Air training kite among elite riders and is the first foil kite used successfully in international Big Air competitions. It debuted with Luca Ceruti at the Red Bull King of the Air and broke the 40 m barrier on a foil with Hugo Wigglesworth: proof that exceptional lift and hang time can be combined with the efficiency of a modern foil kite.

4 sizes from 7 to 15 m² · Closed cells · Aspect ratio 6.4 to 6.9 · Intermediate to pro level

WHO IT'S FOR

Who it's for

  • Twintip riders looking for Big Air, heliloops and clean landings.
  • Foil riders who want to jump high with precision and soft landings.
  • Riders experienced with foil kites looking for efficiency and a sporty response.
KEY FEATURES

What makes it special

01 More jumps per session

Efficient upwind performance, low drag and quick response to get you back to the take-off spot sooner.

02 Better heliloops

The redesigned wingtips give smoother, rounder kiteloops that catch you and slow your descent.

03 More hang time

The high-lift profile gives more hang time and softer landings.

Where it shines: Big Air on a twintip or foil, and distance riding on a foil.
