Description
Built for exploring the mountains
The PEAK is designed for riders who traverse snowy ridges, go kite touring through great mountain ranges or explore remote high-altitude terrain. Its compact, lightweight design, tough materials and safety systems make it an essential companion for demanding snow expeditions. It's also a great learning tool: its handling, effective depower and stability give precise control, and the single-skin construction offers smooth, predictable behaviour even in light wind.
6 sizes from 2.5 to 11 m² · Single skin · B-Safe system · Beginner to pro level
Who it's for
- Snowkite riders who go touring and on mountain expeditions.
- Schools giving lessons in light wind: Flysurfer states you can start teaching in as little as 5 knots.
- Foil riders who want to make the most of light wind with a large foil (for wave foiling Flysurfer recommends the HYBRID²).
What makes it special
01 Effective depower
Lets you instantly control speed and power when the weather changes and on steep descents.
02 B-Safe system
Lets you land the kite unassisted and release it quickly: it depowers instantly and is easy to pack away.
03 Optimised for the mountains
The single-skin design gives lift and stability in the light, variable winds typical of the mountains.
Where it shines: snow, mountains, touring, light-wind lessons and light-wind foiling.
