The ROCKET SURF is the most compact board in F-ONE's range, designed specifically for surf foil. Paddle, take off, fly, pump and carve with maximum control: a stiff, light construction that makes board and foil respond instantly. It is slightly narrower and longer than the previous version, with maximum volume under the chest to paddle and take off easily, and wider, thicker “+” sizes for those who paddle little.

What makes it special
01 Improved shape for take-off
Maximum volume under the chest to paddle and take off easily; the rocker has been adjusted to improve front-to-back balance and pumping.
02 Extremely reactive
The stiff, light construction makes the board and foil respond instantly so you can draw the line you want.
03 Control when pumping and carving
The squash tail lets you lean over to the maximum in turns without touching the water, and the double concave frees the board if it touches the water in flight.
04 High performance in flight
The concave deck lowers the centre of gravity and brings your feet closer to the foil for better board control once in the air.

*Official F-ONE data. The “+” sizes (4'3+ and 4'5+) are wider and above all thicker: more volume for the same length, ideal if you paddle little. This board no longer has inserts for straps. If you're torn between two sizes, more volume will make paddling and taking off easier. Check the selector for the sizes available in store.
Technology and construction
- Bamboo Construction: bamboo sheets between layers of fibreglass for a strong, durable and light shell.
- Bamboo Reinforcement: an extra layer of bamboo in the highest-stress areas, especially on the deck under the feet, for more strength.
- Twin Tracks: double tracks with 90 mm lateral spacing, one of the industry standards.
- Squash tail and double concave: turns at maximum lean without touching the water and a clean release if the board touches down in flight.
- Hull step and bevels: help release from the water and reduce friction for stronger take-offs and acceleration.
- Full deck pad: all sizes come with a non-slip pad over the whole deck.

Which one to choose?
- Rocket Surf Prone: longer and with more volume (from 47 to 63 L) to take off more easily.
- Rocket Free Surf: much longer, for riding swell and bumps with a pocket wing, K-Wing or assisted foil.
Pair it with: the Plane Sushi foil, dedicated to wave surfing, or the Plane Seven Seas, and a mast such as the HM Carbon Mast 14.
Frequently asked questions
What are the 4'3+ and 4'5+ sizes?+
Wider and above all thicker versions of those lengths. They offer more volume without lengthening the board, for riders who don't need to paddle much and prefer a shorter board for the same volume.
Can I fit straps?+
No. Since this version, the Rocket Surf has no inserts for straps.
What level is it for?+
For foil surfers who already take off by paddling. If you struggle to take off, a board with more volume such as the Rocket Surf Prone or the Free Surf will make it easier.
Which foil suits it best?+
Any surf foil with a four-screw plate mast, thanks to the 90 mm Twin Tracks. F-ONE's Sushi is designed for low-speed wave surfing.
