How do I use it?
Turn the cap halfway and, when you hear a click, you can drink. To seal it for travel, keep turning the inner cap clockwise until it stops. To wash it, turn it anticlockwise until it comes out completely.
Is it insulated?
Yes, it keeps drinks cold and hot. Do not use it with carbonated drinks or for storing food.
