What can I carry in it?
Hot or cold food and liquids. YETI asks you not to use it with carbonated drinks, dairy or fermented foods, because they can build up pressure inside the jar.
Can it go in the microwave?
No. It's made of stainless steel and must not go in the microwave.
How does the MagVent lid open?
When you turn it a quarter turn to the left it stops and lets the steam out; keep turning and the lid comes off completely.
