Description
Maximum speed with minimum effort
The Sonar High Aspect series is designed for maximum speed and efficiency, from kitefoiling to prone foil surfing: you need very little pumping and power to get up and gliding, its thin profile reduces drag and the tips don't ventilate when they breach the surface, so you can turn tighter at high speed without losing speed. The HA1250 rounds off the mid sizes for wingfoiling and prone foil surfing and, like the HA1450, works very well for dock starts, pumping to link waves, coastal crossings or riding wakes.
Area 1250 cm² · Span 1120 mm · Aspect ratio 10.1 · Pre-preg carbon
Who it's for
- Wingfoilers and kitefoilers looking for speed and efficiency.
- Prone foil surfers and downwind riders in ocean swell.
What makes it special
01 Little pumping and little power
Needs very little pumping and power to get up and gliding.
02 Prone downwind
For paddle and prone downwinding.
03 Tips without ventilation
The tips don't ventilate when they come out of the water, so you can turn tight at higher speed.
Where it shines: freeride winging; high-speed winging (on light-wind days); wing downwinding (on light-wind days).
