Less volume, softer landings
With less volume, the board floats less and pushes back less force on landing: landings are softer and less punishing on the body. Its thin profile and low weight make it very manoeuvrable.
Technology and construction
- Dynalite: carbon-reinforced laminate: biaxial glass layers for torsion and unidirectional carbon tape in the highest-load areas of the rails.
- Full-length channel with deep V: more control, more grip, less bounce in chop and smooth exits from landings.
- Low entry rocker: acceleration, speed and good upwind ability.
- Compact surf outline: rounded pin tail that reduces area behind the fins and responds better to the back foot.
- FCSII Premium boxes: compatible with FCS I and FCS II fins; North Hexcel Coremat fins recommended.
- Strap inserts: Free Surf straps recommended for demanding days.
Which one to choose?
- Charge Pro: narrower and for bigger waves, for turns on the face.
- Cross 2024: more volume and EcoLite construction, easier and more versatile.
Pair it with: Hexcel Coremat fins and Free Surf straps.
