Description

The Supreme are Mystic's warmest boots. This 3 mm split-toe version has been redesigned with a minimum of GBS seams sealed with liquid rubber to keep cold water out, and combines MX2 and Wind Mesh neoprene with a Hex-grip Lite sole for good grip without adding weight.

Who it's for

  • Riders who want maximum warmth with a thin thickness and good sensitivity.
  • Kite and wing in cool water.
  • Anyone looking for a high-end split-toe boot.

Features

  • Liquid rubber sealed seams (100%): all the seams are sealed to keep water out.
  • GBS seams (glued and blind stitched): the panels are glued and stitched only halfway through the thickness, without piercing the neoprene, to keep water out.
  • Wind Mesh neoprene: closed-cell neoprene with one laminated side that gives better protection against wind chill.
  • Hex-grip Lite sole: hexagonal grip pattern, thin and light so you can feel the board.
  • Materials: MX2 neoprene (good stretch, recovery and durability), Flaremesh+ lining (high pile, warm and very quick-drying).

Frequently asked questions

Split toe or round toe?

A split toe holds the foot better, stops it twisting inside the boot and gives more sensitivity on the board. A round toe is easier to put on and leaves more room for your toes, which helps keep them warm.

What thickness do I need?

As a guide, 3 mm works well in spring and autumn or if you want more sensitivity, 5 mm is the most common winter thickness and 7 mm is for very cold water and long sessions. The thicker they are, the warmer, with slightly less board feel.

Which boot size should I choose?

Your usual shoe size. They should fit snugly so water doesn't get in and they don't move, but without squeezing your toes.
