Description
The 5 mm split-toe Roam booties are made from MX2 neoprene with GBS seams 100% sealed with liquid rubber, so cold water stays out. Fox Fleece lining, Hex-grip sole and a Velcro strap for a secure closure, plus the extra control that the split toe gives.
Who it's for
- Kite and wing riders who want to feel the board in winter.
- Anyone who doesn't want their foot twisting inside the bootie.
- Long sessions in cold water.
Features
- Liquid rubber sealed seams (100%): all seams are sealed so no water gets in.
- GBS seams (glued and blind-stitched): the panels are glued and stitched only halfway through the thickness, without going through the neoprene, so no water gets in.
- Hex-grip sole: hexagonal grip pattern.
- Velcro strap: adjusts and secures the closure.
- Heel pull tab: makes them easier to put on.
- Split toe: separates the big toe for more feel and control on the board and to stop the foot twisting inside the bootie.
- Materials: MX2 neoprene (good stretch, recovery and durability), Fox Fleece lining (high pile that traps air, insulates and dries quickly).

Official Mystic size chart. Choose your usual shoe size: the bootie should fit snugly, without your toes touching the end or any slack at the heel; if you're between two sizes and will wear a neoprene sock underneath, go for the larger one. Check the selector for the sizes available in store.
Frequently asked questions
Split toe or round toe?
The split toe holds the foot better, stops it twisting inside the bootie and gives more feel on the board. The round toe is easier to put on and leaves more room for the toes, which helps keep them warm.
Which bootie size should I choose?
Your usual shoe size. They should fit snugly so water doesn't get in and they don't move, but without squeezing your toes.
What thickness do I need?
As a guide, 3 mm works well in spring and autumn or if you want more feel, 5 mm is the most common winter thickness and 7 mm is for very cold water and long sessions. The thicker, the warmer, with slightly less feel for the board.
