How does it fit?
It has a relaxed fit: it is loose by design. Choose your usual size from the chart; if you prefer it closer-fitting, you can go down a size. As a reference in Mystic's photos: she is 180 cm tall and wears the L; he is 184 cm tall and wears the L.
