- Spectre flaps: flaps in tough TPE plastic, easy to remove and fit, that stop the spreader bar from rotating upwards; they add stability and improve response.
- PVC buckles: standard buckles to adjust the harness easily.
- HD_Foam: elastic foam that gives a comfortable fit without absorbing water.
- Internal Flex_Belt: flexible inner closure belt that ensures a snug fit and adapts to each rider's anatomy.
- Kite_Knife 2.0 multitool: safety knife and multitool with Torx (TX20) and PH3 keys; it works for the board's footstraps and for the modular hook system of ION spreader bars.
- D-ring: attachment point for the safety leash next to the spreader bar: more safety and comfort. Light and strong, it can be placed on whichever side you prefer.

If you're between two sizes, the smaller one holds better and rides up less; the larger one leaves room for thick wetsuits. Frequently asked questions
Does it come with a spreader bar?
Yes. ION supplies it as a complete set: spreader bar with hook, safety knife and handle for the safety leash. You don't have to buy the bar separately.
Muse or Sol Curv?
The Muse is soft and very free. If you're looking for more lumbar support, the ION Sol Curv 2026 is ION's women's hardshell harness, with tall sizes.
How do I get the size right?
Measure your waist circumference and find your measurement in the chart above. The harness should feel firm without squeezing your abdomen; with use, the foam moulds a little to your body.
