Official ION chart. If you're between two sizes, choose the one that best matches your chest and weight: the suit should fit snugly, with no air or water pockets, while still letting you breathe comfortably. The tall sizes (ST, MT, LT, XLT) are for taller people and the short sizes (MS, LS, XLS, XXLS) for shorter people with a broader build. Check the sizes available in store in the selector. Frequently asked questions
What does 4/3 mean?
It's the neoprene thickness in millimetres: 4 mm on the torso, where retaining heat matters most, and 3 mm on the arms and legs, so you can move more freely.
What water temperature is it designed for?
ION rates it for cool water, from 10 to 18 °C. How it feels also depends on the wind, how long you spend in the water and how much you feel the cold.
What's the advantage of a front zip?
You get in through the chest and the back has no zip, so the suit seals better, less water gets in and the back is more flexible.
