Frequently asked questions
What does 6/5 mean?
It is the neoprene thickness in millimetres: 6 mm on the torso, where retaining heat matters most, and 5 mm on the arms and legs, so you can move more freely.
What water temperature is it designed for?
ION places it in its coldest category, for icy water. Pair it with boots and gloves if the water is very cold.
What is the advantage of the front zip?
You get in through the chest and the back has no zip, so the suit seals better, less water gets in and the back is more flexible.
