The ION Wing Leash Core Waist is a wing leash that attaches at the waist: clip it to your hip belt with the snap hook and you're set. That way the wing stays attached to you with nothing on your wrist.

It clips with its snap hook to a hip belt or harness, such as the ION Wing Hip Belt or the ION Hip Belt (not included).
