The ION Rashguard Capture SS grom 2026 is a short-sleeve rash vest for kids who love to move and play in the sun. Its 4Way_Stretch fabric with recycled polyester gives total freedom to paddle, splash around or catch waves, protects the skin with UPF 50+, and the Slip_Loop attaches it to the swim shorts so it doesn't ride up.

What sun protection does it offer?
ION advertises it as UPF 50+. According to its spec sheet, the factor depends on the fabric colour: dark colours reach UPF 50+ and light ones slightly less, from UPF 35.
Which size should I choose for a child?
Go by the height and chest measurement in the chart. If your child is between two sizes, the larger one will last more seasons.
