The ION Neo Top Hooded Vest 3/2 is a neoprene vest with a hood and thermal lining, worn under your wetsuit as an extra layer in cold sessions. It keeps your head and torso warm and protects you from wind and spray.

Features
- 3/2 thickness with thermal lining.
- Hood with Cordlock: drawcord and stopper adjustment for a snug fit.
- Neoprene_Visor: neoprene visor that protects from wind and spray.
- Glued Blind Stitch: the seams are glued and then stitched only halfway through the neoprene with a curved needle, which limits water entry.
