The ION Neo Top Hooded Vest 2/1 2023 is a sleeveless neoprene vest with an integrated hood that gives light insulation to your head and torso in cooler sessions. It keeps you warm without adding bulk; the neoprene visor protects from wind and spray and the glued and blind-stitched seams reduce water entry.

As well as your head, it keeps your torso warm, which is where most heat is lost, and because it's all one piece no water gets in at the neck.
