Snug, with no spare room at the fingertips: neoprene gives a little with use, and if they're loose they fill with water and get cold.
How do I look after them?
Rinse the gloves with fresh water after every session and dry them in the shade, inside out if possible. Avoid leaving them in the sun or wet in a closed bag.
