The TAO² is a light, fast and very well-balanced wing, designed for freeride, freestyle, waves and Big Air. Its shape delivers efficient pull, intuitive control and great manoeuvrability across the whole wind range. It's stable in gusts and very reactive, and it flies very well when luffed, so it appeals to beginners and experienced riders alike. This is the BOOM version: a long carbon boom that lets you place your hands with complete freedom and a redesigned centre strut that leaves more space around the BOOM, ideal for freestyle and technical manoeuvres.

Which TAO² size should I choose?+
Check the weight recommendation in the chart: for example, a 70 to 80 kg rider can put together a quiver of 2.5 / 3.0 / 4.5 / 6.2 m². If you only have one, the middle size of your range is the most versatile.
Rigid handles or BOOM?+
Rigid handles give more stability, direct pull and Big Air performance, and pack down better for travel; the BOOM gives you the freedom to place your hands wherever you want, ideal for freestyle and technical manoeuvres.
Is it suitable for learning?+
Yes: Flysurfer recommends it from beginner to expert level for its stability and how well it flies when luffed.
