What is the difference between the standard lines and the SK99 lines?
According to F-ONE, the standard lines (Dyneema SK78) are more affordable and forgiving, while the SK99 lines are lighter and stronger, wear less from abrasion, stretch less and give a more precise bar feel.
When should the lines be replaced?
F-ONE recommends checking them often, especially at the friction points (larks heads and the V-Splitter area), and replacing them as soon as they show wear. Knotted lines also lose strength.
