Description

WING FOIL · FREERIDE · FREEFLY

Downwinder glide in a compact format

The Skybrid brings the successful Skybrid SLS to a vacuum epoxy construction with bamboo sandwich. It's a mid-length board, halfway between the Downwinder and the Sky: longer and narrower to glide better and take off earlier, with cut-outs that release it from the water and a recessed deck to feel the foil.

4 sizes: 85, 100, 115 and 130 L · Vacuum epoxy with bamboo sandwich · Long carbon tracks · With or without footstraps

“With the Skybrid there are no more wasted days. It takes off really early and I love it on light-wind days with small waves: it lets me enjoy incredible sessions while everyone else waits on the beach for the wind to pick up.”

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Which size should I choose?+

Use the maximum rider weight as a guide and add some margin if you're mainly after light-wind days: more volume means it takes off earlier.

How does it differ from a Sky Free?+

It's longer and narrower: it glides more and takes off earlier in light wind. The Sky Free is shorter, more stable and easier to learn on.

Can it be used without footstraps?+

Yes. Duotone designs it to be ridden with or without footstraps.

Which foils can I fit?+

It has two US tracks, the market standard: it takes any foil with a US mounting plate, including all Duotone masts.
